About Peaches Bully Rescue
Peaches Bully Rescue (“PBR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit, foster-based dog rescue organization based in West Chester, Ohio. We are recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our website provides information about our rescue, adoptable dogs, fostering, volunteering, donations, events, fundraising, and other activities related to our mission.
Website Information
We make every effort to provide accurate and current information. However, information on this website may change at any time and may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Information regarding adoptable dogs—including age, breed, temperament, health, behavior, compatibility, and availability—is based on the information available to us at the time and our observations while the dog is in foster care.
We cannot guarantee that every characteristic or behavior observed in a foster environment will remain the same after adoption or in a different environment.
Adoption Applications
Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee approval or the adoption of a particular dog.
Peaches Bully Rescue evaluates applications with the goal of finding an appropriate match for each individual dog. As part of the adoption process, applicants may be required to complete interviews, veterinary and personal reference checks, home visits, meet-and-greets, and other screening requirements.
PBR reserves the right to approve or decline an adoption application or determine that a particular dog is not an appropriate match for an applicant.
Availability may change at any time, including while applications are being reviewed.
Final adoptions are subject to a separate adoption agreement.
Foster and Volunteer Applications
Submitting a foster or volunteer application does not guarantee acceptance into a Peaches Bully Rescue program.
Applicants may be subject to screening, interviews, reference checks, home visits, training requirements, or other procedures appropriate to the role.
Fosters and volunteers may also be required to sign separate agreements governing their responsibilities and participation with the rescue.
Donations
Peaches Bully Rescue gratefully accepts donations to support veterinary care, food, supplies, rehabilitation, and other expenses associated with our rescue mission.
Unless otherwise stated, donations are considered charitable contributions to Peaches Bully Rescue and are generally non-refundable.
Peaches Bully Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donors should consult their tax professional regarding the deductibility of individual contributions.
Donations made through third-party payment processors may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including donation platforms, adoption services, social media platforms, wish lists, community reward programs, and other organizations.
